Abstract
My poster will give an overview of my time working at the UNI Child Development Center to fulfill my psychology cooperative education internship. The Child Development Center strives to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for the families and students using a child-directed approach. I will give an overview of the duties, training received, and typical daily schedule. I will also talk about how working at the CDC relates to psychology and my future career as an occupational therapist. Finally, I will share the best and most challenging parts of my experience along with advice for future students.
