Abstract
I am fulfilling my psychology cooperative education internship at the UNI Child Development Center. This is a daycare facility for the children of staff, professors, and students at the University. The mission of the CDC is to provide a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn. I’ve been able to observe the behavior and developmental milestones of children from 12 months to 20 months. As a child care provider at the center, I’ve also been able to get direct experience working with these children.
