Abstract

This performance projects Adukwu's findings on culture shock and the psychology of acculturation. It presents responses from personal interviews with international students of different cultural background to investigate the methods of acculturation adopted by all participants in subduing the challenge of culture shock and the adaptation strategies adopted in achieving academic success.
