Dr. Michele Devlin is Professor of Global Public Health, a registered nurse, and emergency medical technician in the Public Health program at UNI. She is a specialist in refugee and immigrant health care, mass casualty and disaster response, remote area medicine, and health disparities among diverse and underserved populations.
