Abstract
Tanna’s paper does a good job investigating the socialization graduate students at UNI experience while going to graduate school. The findings in the paper could be used by university graduate programs to help improve life for graduate students at their schools. Her findings demonstrated a significant difference between graduate students and graduate teaching assistants in their identification with the university.
