Abstract
• AERMOD, formed by a joint venture between the American Meteorological Society (AMS) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), is a steadystate dispersion model used to short range simulations of air pollutant dispersions. • The models AERMOD generates can be used to determine air quality impacts and ability of a source to adhere to National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). In order to analyze the influence of meteorological condition and terrain elevation on air pollution dispersion, in this project, the air pollution dispersion from various point sources was simulated using the AMS/EPA Regulatory Model (AERMOD).
