The card includes a green one-cent Benjamin Franklin stamp and an Oroville, Cal. postmark dated Sep 20, 1910. Handwritten text on the left is difficult to read. It is addressed to Mr. G. A. Slaussler, Dobbin, California. A band below the postcard has the text "Palczewski Suffrage Postcard Archive."
