Description
Alt text: The back of a postcard, featuring an art nouveau design that reads "post card" with a large "B" and "Co" monogram in the center. The design includes stylized flowers and scrolls. The card is postmarked Sep 1, 1908, addressed to Marie Schultz, Seattle, Wash., 6540 Woodlawn Ave. A green one-cent stamp is in the top right. A long handwritten message covers the left side: "P.S. Dear heart excuse this card is the only one I have here and I do want to drop just a line to my old pal and thank you for the photo of you folks. It is just fine. Your dear mother looks so good and happy, and you dear child, wish I was right there with both arms around you. Al, Ruth and Mother will be at the Orpheum this p.m. A crowd of us are going out to the beach this eve. Come and go. Yours." A band below the postcard has the text "Palczewski Suffrage Postcard Archive."
