Description
Alt text: The back of a postcard postmarked Oct 17, 1908, from Chicago, Illinois. It is addressed to Miss Marie Schultz, Dike, Iowa. A green one-cent stamp is in the top right corner. The handwritten message reads: "Hello Marie. I thank you for your postal. Was glad to hear you got home alright. What made you wait so long before you wrote. I thought you went back on me. Dear remember I was to rent that little cozy flat near Lincoln Park. Sending my best regards to all." Printed vertically along the left edge is "Bamforth & Co. Publishers, Holmfirth and New York. Series number 1128." A band below the postcard has the text "Palczewski Suffrage Postcard Archive."
