Alt text: The back of a used postcard postmarked St. Johns, Michigan, November 3, 1914. It features a green one-cent U.S. postage stamp. The top left features a printed coat of arms design logo showing the head of a stag with the notation, "T P and Company" below. A handwritten message reads, "Well this is election day and am sending this card to let you know how I stand on politics. I suppose you are all Germanyism or Belgium, which is fit everybody. Well on this end of the line. Best wish from Fred L. Hathaway." It is addressed to Miss Roberta Austin, 458 - 14 Avenue, Detroit, Michigan. A band below the postcard has the text "Palczewski Suffrage Postcard Archive."
