Description
Alt text: The back of a postcard with a green one-cent George Washington stamp and a postmark from Iowa dated 1915. It is addressed to Pearl Ham in Independence, Iowa. A handwritten message reads: "Dear friend, How are you. I am fine and dandy. But awful sleepy, didn't get home till this morning at sun rise. Will have to quit." The remainder is hard to read. The left border shows, "J. B. and Company, New York." A band below the postcard has the text "Palczewski Suffrage Postcard Archive."
