Alt text: The back of a postcard, featuring an art nouveau design that reads "post card" with a large "B" and "Co" monogram in the center. The design includes stylized flowers and scrolls. Printed vertically along the left edge is "Bamforth & Co. Publishers, Holmfirth and New York. Witty series, number 55. Printed in England." There is a green one-cent George Washington stamp and a Homestead, Pennsylvania, postmark dated January 22, 1914. The left side contains a handwritten message in cursive that reads, "Dear Aunt Lillie and Uncle Jack, We were up at Aunt Ida yesterday and she gave us our presents and we thank you ever so much for them. We are having lots of cold weather here." Is is signed "Gertrude G." It is addressed to Mrs. Jack Stevens in Juniata, Pennsylvania. A band below the postcard has the text "Palczewski Suffrage Postcard Archive."
