Alt text: The back of a vintage postcard with the text "post card" at the top center, surrounding a publisher's logo consisting of a photographer taking a photo of a globe in front of the sun. The text "By Appointment To Her Late Majesty" is printed in the upper left along with a royal insignia. A half penny British postage stamp is in the upper right and a postmark indicates February 10, 1910. The left edge reads, "A & G Taylor's orthochrome series of copyright pictorial post cards, 70 and 78 Queen Victoria Street, London, E. C. Z. O. 1892. Printed in Saxony." A handwritten message reads, "The poor old Hackney cat has smashed the end of her left fore finger in the mangle, but the good right hand is alright. Haven't broken and bone thank goodness. Love to all, Ada." The address reads, "W. D. Baxter, Oakfields, Brampton Road, Bexley Heath, Kent." A band below the postcard has the text "Palczewski Suffrage Postcard Archive."
