Description
Alt text: The back of a vintage postcard is oriented horizontally. The text "post card" is printed in the center top along with the publisher's drawing of a woman's torso on the left. The woman has dark hair and is seen in profile, looking to the right. A green half penny British postage stamp is in the top right corner. A postmark shows Mansfield, May 9, 1910, 6:30 p.m. A line divides the left side, labeled "This side for correspondence," from the right side, which is labeled "This side for address." A handwritten message on the left side reads in part, "I heard talk of you and George been on Long Row on Saturday. We was nice and busy yesterday. Hope you are all well." The right side is addressed to Mrs. Archer, 59 Cliff Boulevard, Kimberley, Nottinghamshire. A band below the postcard has the text "Palczewski Suffrage Postcard Archive."
