The left half contains a handwritten message signed which includes the text "November 26, 1914. Appreciated you card so much. Let's hear from you again soon. Yes I arrived. Certainly appreciated your all's kindness. Come to see me Christmas? I am. Lovingly, Della. Love to Mrs. Sisson." The right half has a handwritten address for "Miss Florence Sisson, Fairfax, Virginia." The top right has a green one-cent George Washington stamp. The top left features a printed coat of arms design logo showing the head of a stag with the notation, "T P and Company" below. A band below the postcard has the text "Palczewski Suffrage Postcard Archive."
