The left half contains a handwritten message which includes the text "Dear Hazel, I am sorry I haven't had time to answer your letter but I will answer it sometime this week. You know I go to night school and find it hard to get spare time." The right half has a handwritten address for "Miss Stazel Kerr, New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania." The upper right has a green one-cent George Washington stamp, with cancellation lines in the shape of an American flag. The top left features a printed coat of arms design logo showing the head of a stag with the notation, "T P and Company" below. A band below the postcard has the text "Palczewski Suffrage Postcard Archive."
