A handwritten message includes the text "I got as far as Bannerman today will go home tomorrow, From Bert." The right half is labeled "The address to be written on this side" and has a handwritten address for "Miss Bessie McCollum." A circular postmark on the right side is partially legible. A green one-cent Canadian stamp is in the upper right. The left edge has in small print, "B. B. London. Printed in Saxony."
