Description
alt text: The back of a vintage postcard with the title “postcard” printed at the top center. The card is divided in half by a vertical line. The left half is labeled “for correspondence” and contains handwritten script, which includes a date of “oct 4, 1915” and what appears to be a signature of “Douglas.” The right half is labeled “for address only” and has an address written in script, which reads “Mrs. Rose Sullivan, 598 - Superior Street, Kenosha, Wisc.” There is a circular postmark on the right side dated “oct 6 1915” and a one-cent green George Washington stamp. The card is also stamped “made in U.S.A.” on the upper left. The lower left has small logo showing the intertwined letters "B" and "S." A band below the postcard has the text “Palczewski suffrage Postcard Archive.”
