Abstract
Apples can be produced in Iowa on a profitable basis. They are a wholesome and a health producing food. They carry important minerals and vitamins. They are refreshing and palatable. Good apples will sell well. Good apples are those which possess quality, flavor uniformity, and which are free from disease and insects.
