Abstract
Nearly half (46%) of all adults aged 30 years or older show signs of gum disease; severe gum disease affects about 9% of adults.
Brushing your teeth is an incredibly important part of taking care of your oral health and daily hygiene. Dentists recommend that you should brush your teeth twice a day for periods of at least two minutes to achieve adequate results and promote oral health.
Currently, there are very limited solutions available to help people easily and efficiently track their tooth brushing activity.
