Zoosporic Fungi from Delphi; Rhizophydium sibyllina, sp. n.; Phlyctochytrium neuhausii, sp. n.
Eight different zoosporic fungi were recovered from soil in the environs of the sanctuary and oracle of Apollo at Delphi, Greece. Two of these, Rhizophydium sibyllina and Phlyctochytrium neuhausii, are described as new species.
