Non-Aqueous Isolation of Cellular Components: A Modified Procedure

Abstract
A simple and inexpensive device for simultaneous production of density gradients in several centrifuge tubes and a procedure for fragmentaton of cells in the fresh state make possible isolation of cell components in non-aqueous solvents easily and without prolonged grinding of dried tissues.
