Abstract
The paper presents detailed studies made on the temperature of the water of West Lake Okoboji, from surface to bottom, during practically each day during the summer, from May 27 to August 25. On account of the unusually late spring, the thermocline was not definitely established until sometime after the observations were begun. The paper is accompanied by several tables and numerous curves.
