Abstract
The approximate lengths of the different floral parts at the time the pollen mother cells are beginning to form pollen grains are as follows: Calyx, 1 mm.; corolla, ¼ mm.; longer stamens, ½ mm.; shorter stamens, ¼ mm.; pistil, ½ mm.
