Description
Presentation will review Bolman and Deal's four (4) frame model of leadership and how each frame can be used effectively in your local context. Participants will evaluate their strengths and challenges in each frame and develop an action plan to use as a leader in their organization. Table talks, gallery walks, and creation of an action plan will be part of the experience in this session.
