Abstract
Please join us on the evening of Thursday, April 6, from 5:00 - 7:30, for the preconference Culture Fest event at the Waterloo Center for the Arts. The evening will be a celebration of different cultures and include activities for families. Anne Sibley O’Brien will be doing a short presentation about her books as well as autographing her books. The preconference event will be in partnership with Waterloo Community Schools and the Waterloo Center for the Arts.
