Project Description
I assisted in the planning and execution of an event at the Jasper County Fair which was a public safety day event for the county. I created the promotional RSVP that was sent to all the departments in the county. I also assisted in the ordering of DNA kits to help identify children that have been abducted, run away from home, or gotten lost. I helped law enforcement on various calls including clearing crash scenes and photographing what had happened. This took place during the summer including over two hundred hours of ride alongs on various shifts. This helped me gain a greater understanding of both the job and what is needed to keep the community safe and secure.
