Institutional Effectiveness & Planning

Director: Kristin Moser

The Primary mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Planning is to provide decision-support to senior administrators at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI). In an effort to accomplish its goals, the services of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Planning include the following:

  • Coordinate the preparation of annual and special reports to the Board of Regents, respond to requests from external constituents for information and surveys as appropriate, and design information systems to facilitate such reports.

  • Provide leadership in the implementation of an information system that enables monitoring of performance indicators, targets, and data trends as they relate to the UNI strategic plan.

  • Direct the development of widely accessible information to support decision making at all levels.

  • Material of the type found in this collection can also be found in print format in Special Collections & University Archives. For more information, see the finding aid for this specific collection.
