Abstract
American colleges and universities historically have had increasing interest in international students for a variety of reasons. Unfortunately, for many if not most of these institutions, too little attention has been focused on developing integration plans whereby international and U.S. students are truly integrated in a co-learning environment academically and socially. A culture-specific integration model for minimizing challenges and maximizing global learning for international as well as U.S. students is offered.
