Abstract

This qualitative research explores the communication processes and outcomes of four interracial couples as they navigate the conversations regarding the formal education of their children. The path and unique negotiated agreements that have emerged from each of these successful cross cultural marriages are worthy of scrutiny and may provide insights for both multicultural education and interracial communication.
