Abstract
This edition of the Journal marks the end of my tenure as editor. I wish to express my appreciation to those who have volunteered their time and expertise by serving as associate editors for the Journal. A very special word of thanks should go to Laurie Burke who did the actual work of typing and formatting the contents of the Journal into the computer. Without her assistance, there would have been no Journal.
