Abstract
The question "How will we prepare educators to fully utilize available technology?" requires considering defined need / purpose, equipment access, and staff development. Although each of these requires continuous attention, a proper stage must first be set by establishing legitimate purposes for using technology. This must be followed by making available adequate quantities of necessary equipment and by providing training appropriate to the needs and developmental level of staff.
