Abstract
I believe that if educators are to fully utilize the available technology two things need to happen. First, they must have easy access to the technology, and second, they need to have training in how to use technology. Technology covers a broad range from the basics of telephones and copy machines to computers and equipment yet unknown. Providing easy access is the first step in preparing educators to use technology.
