Abstract
Discussion of ethical and legal issues associated with the Internet in the educational setting are many and diverse. In some ways they are issues similar to those faced by society at large when it deals with providing public education. From these many, I will focus on three legal issues: (a) access an ethical issue; (b) censorship/control; and (c) liability.
