Abstract
Give kids a new toy and they will test it to the "max." Give kids a computer game and they will strive to beat it. Give kids access to Internet and they will delve into every aspect of it. Kids will accept the challenge and do whatever is needed to meet and overcome that challenge. Because of their enthusiasm, curiosity, and adventuresome nature, it can be expected that they will attempt to gain access to all areas of interest. This brings about a concern parents and teachers have that certain areas of Internet should be restricted from use by students in the K-12 grade levels.
