Abstract
One of today's major concerns in education is board of education and superintendent relationships. As a member of the Institute for Educational Leadership working conference, I have put together a group of ideas which I feel are necessary for the relationships to be positive.
The first major concern of all board members should be an interest in providing the best education possible for their students. While this doesn't always happen because some individuals are more concerned with personal or individual concerns, it is necessary in order to have a working board.
