Abstract

Entering the Field of Scientific “Edutainment” is a series of three videos made to communicate scientific information to a public audience. The project consists of the following films, with their unpublished “codenames” included for posterity.

  • Operation Achelous: How Hydrologists Heal Hypoxia
  • Operation Equus: How Horses Happened – Equidae Evolving Equus
  • Operation Ahab: Why Whale Evolution is WEIRD and WONDERFUL

Additionally, for an honors contract this semester, I completed the following video: Operation Calculation: *Fully Automatic* Water Quality Index Calculator
