Abstract
The levels of 92Zr populated in the beta decay of 92Y have been studied through the use of Ge(Li) detectors, both in singles and coincidence. Nineteen gamma rays have been observed and placed in a decay scheme involving eleven excited levels in 92Zr. Spin-parity assignments for the excited levels in 92Zr are discussed in terms of observed gamma-ray transition branching and results from nuclear reaction studies. The resulting level scheme is discussed in relation to recent theoretical treatments based on a shell-model description. © 1970.
