Abstract
The main victims of sexual harassment in the workplace are women. After defining sexual harassment and discussing its environmental contexts and incidence, the authors explore the recourses available to women and the implications of the problem for social work practice, education, and research. © 1983 by the National Association of Social Workers, Inc.
