Abstract

The characterization of manufacturing related information resources is illustrated using print and electronic media. The search engine enables the researcher to pursue related issues quickly and hard copies generated easily by using the web links. The electronic information networks serves the manufacturing disciplines to enhance productivity and competitive advantage. The results show that the web serves as a powerful tool for manufacturing professionals and educators.
