Abstract
In this chapter, Beall provides a review of intercultural listening literature, identifying some of the characteristics of good listeners and of intercultural listening within different cultures. She also identifies guidelines to help people be better intercultural listeners, and posits some concerns for needed research in this area. © 2010 Blackwell Publishing Ltd.
