Abstract
The purpose of our research is to evaluate devices, protocol, and nutritional habits to decrease the likelihood of sustaining concussions and reduce the severity of symptoms associated with sustained concussions. Mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBI) can cause issues in longterm development for millions of youth athletes participating in American football. An accumulation of mTBI can lead to future conditions, such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy.
