Abstract

In the contemporary era, digital technology is essential for societal engagement. The digital divide encompasses disparities in both access to and use of ICTs, influenced by factors like education, income, age, refugee status, disabilities, and gender. Limited research in developing countries necessitates exploration, with a study in Bangladesh addressing this gap, focusing on gender-based discrepancies among affluent private university students. A comprehensive approach involving literature reviews, data analysis, and surveys of over 100 students is planned.
