Abstract

Over the past three years, I have gained valuable skills by working as an RA (Resident Assistant) in the dorms. My poster will cover the various situations I have encountered as an RA and how I have worked to provide a welcoming and safe community. I will also discuss how my major has supported me through this job and how being an RA has, in turn, enhanced my education.
