Teacher’s Assistant at the UNI Child Development Center

Abstract

This semester, I had the opportunity to work as a teacher’s assistant at the UNI Child Development Center. I helped the children learn and grow while paying special attention to the social development of the three- to five-year-olds. In this poster, I discuss my daily duties, schedule, and observations that I made while working with children. This job has given me the opportunity to observe how children interact with one another and the world around them. I hope to use this experience to inform my future career paths.
