Abstract

This research project aims to explore the roles of genders and cultures on pay expectations and pay negotiation. The sample consists of 100 people, from Asia and North America countries. The majority of the participants were UNI students. The findings of this research may prove useful in informing young people about their pay expectation and negotiation process, and may also spark interests for further research projects.
