Abstract
This poster describes my experiences in my field study with Our Little Haven Daycare and Preschool. I began this field study intending to learn more about ways in which I could help the children at Our Little Haven Daycare and Preschool gain access to books. I also wanted to learn how to organize an event such as a book drive to further explore my interest in future careers which require community engagement and fundraising. This poster will include information about my inspiration and goals for the book drive, research and planning that went into the project, the overall outcome of the book drive, and what I learned from the experience.
