Abstract
This spring, I am satisfying my psychology cooperative education internship at Pathways Behavioral Services. They offer a variety of services including mental health therapy, addiction treatment, and medication assisted treatment. I am working as a chemical dependency technician in the Pathways Residential Unit. My job consists of supervising clients and interacting with them in various ways. I will explain what my typical work day is like and what I have learned in the process. Working with Pathways Behavioral Services has given me new experiences and knowledge that have helped prepare me to pursue my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
