Abstract
Congress since its creation has been known for its partisanship. In fact cordial discord in the Legislative Branch is what protects the United States safe from irrational laws. However, did Congress go to far when deciding on whether or not to change the name of the Washington National Airport to the Ronald Reagan National Airport?
