Project Summary
My project was a service-learning institute project, involving my capstone students, my community partner--Iowa Organic Association (IOA), and the local student community at UNI and local high school. We invited IOA farmers to class to talk about organic/sustainable farming; students developed group projects with different topics at their own choice, with the common goal to advocate for local, organic agriculture.
